In the morning or During your lunch break or After work before cooking a dinner – Dedicate five minutes to yourself and feel fresh.
Sit on the floor in easy pose. Press your left nostril closed using your left thumb. Right arm is in mudra: big finger touches second finger and palm faces forward landed on a right knee. Take long, slow inhalation through your right nostril. Say in your mind “Sat”. Exhale and say in your mind “Nam”. Stay in the pose focused on your breathing for 5 minutes.
